Welcome to Her Reset Wellness (“HRW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

Services

HRW provides wellness services including IV therapy, hormone support, and weight management under nurse and physician supervision.
Services are for wellness support only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Appointments & Cancellations

Services are available by appointment only.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a fee.
Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time.

Payments & Memberships

All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Memberships are billed monthly. Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your membership agreement.
HRW reserves the right to adjust prices or services without notice.

Refunds

No refunds are issued once services have been rendered.
Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable at HRW’s discretion.

Eligibility

You must complete intake forms and a Good Faith Exam (when applicable) to determine eligibility before beginning any service.
HRW reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
